A classy western workwear can be pricey for an average woman. When it comes to choosing what to wear for work, it can be quite tricky to not become repetitive or boring, as all of us have some standard and rules to follow in the workplace.
We need to look sophisticated with style, not showing too much but not becoming a spinster in the making! It is very tricky to keep your wardrobe up to date while still holding dear to the classics.
Today, by this post I would be showing another timeless piece which makes me feel fabulous and confident.
My love for shirt dress has been already seen in my posts The Versatile Shirt Dress and Shirt Dress – A Vacation Closet Staple. I had shown different ways to wear a shirt dress and its versatility to blend with multiple social settings.
So if you are hesitant to buy a shirt dress, go to my previous posts to get more idea on how to club for different look and occasion.
There is something I like the best about this fit and flare shirt dress. It effortlessly transforms from being a suave office outfit to a rugged piece ready for your adventures.
You can wear it to your casual Fridays at work and in fact, if paired with formal shoes and bags, you could slay any meeting or presentation in it.
Fit and flare shirt dress for work
This dress oozes comfort and the fit and flare style is very easy to carry as workwear. While I was wearing it for the whole day to the office, I never felt a thing.
As I always say, you can dress them up or you can dress them down. This particular dress has a great little waist buckled tie that has the most flattering silhouette.

The second thing what I like about this dress is it warm earthy shade. It transforms me to the memories of an early morning safari in Bandipur National Park and I know it would be right in place in Kruger Park as well.
All you need to do is pair it right. Wear it with your favourite leather boots and a leather jacket. You are ready to go! You would be rightly dressed for the place and occasion.
To add a bit of flair to my outfit, I am wearing a string style leather choker necklace and carrying similar style handbag.
PS: My handbag, Jacket and shoes are made of faux leather.
Do let me know what do you think about this look.
Until the next time! Stay awesome
